Senior executive and entrepreneur, working for 29 years in large international and national organisations, developing relevant projects, start-ups, M&As and turnarounds in German, Swiss and Brazilian organisations. A C-level executive accountable for the full P&L responsibility of the companies managed. TABVLAE has been the vehicle for some restructuring projects since 2010. Usually tabVlae works in silent moves and services, for example, the preparation for the acquisition by the Carlyle Group of the CVC company (largest seller of touristic packages and today one of the best tickets in Brazilian bourse BOVESPA). Worked as the Group Financial Director (CVC and the airline company Webjet) in 2009. Other examples are contracts related to Africa: Sudan (cotton - 2016) and Sierra Leone (ethanol - 2010), including visits to the continent's industry and infrastructure poles (South Africa).
